FUTURE FOOD SHOW
Experiencing the forefront of global cuisine with a festival of food education for grownups

As awareness of the environmental challenges facing the plant grows, people are also taking a greater interest in food-related issues. Nihonbashi has thrived as a center of cuisine in Japan since the Edo period (1603–1868). The concept behind this participatory event is to connect that tradition to today's culinary vanguard, and to spread the word about the food of the future from Nihonbashi to the rest of Japan and, ultimately, the entire globe.
